Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, optional website, industry, requested service, and message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

How we use it

When online enquiries are enabled, the information you submit is used to review your request, respond to you, and discuss a possible project. It is not used to subscribe you to promotional emails without your agreement.

Form delivery

The form only confirms success after its configured delivery service accepts your request. If online requests are unavailable, no enquiry is sent. Form drafts are held in the current page’s memory and are not saved in your browser’s local storage.

Hosting and service providers

The website host may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and secure the site. Netlify processes enquiry submissions on our behalf and applies spam filtering. Studio members can review submissions in the Netlify dashboard.

Cookies and analytics

The website application does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Hosting or private-preview access controls may use their own essential cookies.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information is retained only as needed for the conversation, an agreed project, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can request access, correction, or deletion by replying to any correspondence you receive from HZS Marketing. For privacy requests, reply to correspondence you receive from HZS Marketing.
